Your Fin bills, checked with you.

We run the checker with you on up to three months of your Fin bills, then write up what it found and what it could not check.

The email goes to support@scopeblind.com. While the checker is in early access, we take on three companies at a time.

Up to three months, read with you and written up.

  • Each month’s result, and what could not be checked and why.
  • Anything your contract does not support, with the evidence and what would settle it.
  • Of the billed resolutions, how many resolutions Fin’s export records as confirmed by the customer, and the price per resolution so confirmed.
  • A renewal comparison: your own traffic priced under other vendors’ published rules, and the terms worth asking for.
  • The questions to send Fin, drafted for you to send yourself.

Three steps, by email and on a call.

  1. 01
    A short call

We agree which months to look at and show you where each file comes from in Intercom. Nothing is sent to us.

  2. 02
    The checks, together

You run the checker in your browser and share your screen, and we work through each month with you. If you would rather send us the files, we first sign a short data agreement.

  3. 03
    The write-up

A short written review of what the checks found and what they could not check, with the renewal comparison and the questions for Fin.

The count on the invoice is Fin’s.

Fin bills a resolution when the customer confirms it, or when Fin answers and the customer goes quiet for 24 hours (Fin’s pricing page). If the customer comes back, Fin’s rule takes the resolution back (the same page), but the invoice does not list the deductions, and standard terms give you no right to audit the count (Intercom’s terms). Fin has billed per outcome since 12 March 2026 (Fin’s pricing page). The only other record of the count is Fin’s own export, and you hold that too.

New, and tested on simulated data so far.

The checker has not yet read a real vendor’s export: its column names and its reading of conversations were tested on simulated data. Your months would be among the first real ones it reads, and each result says what could not be checked.

A check, not an audit.

It is not an audit, legal advice or accounting advice, and it does not dispute your invoice. The questions are yours to send or not.

So you know: ScopeBlind also sells metering software to AI vendors. ScopeBlind is not affiliated with Fin, Intercom or Salesforce. Fin and Intercom are trademarks of their owners.

Before you write

Why not use the free checker alone?

You can, and it is free. The review adds a person: we read the results with you, follow up what needs evidence, and price your own traffic under other vendors’ published rules for your renewal.

Couldn’t we do this ourselves with ChatGPT?

You could try. The checker does the arithmetic in code, applies Fin’s published rules as recorded on a stated date, and keeps a record month to month. The review is the part that takes a person.

You sell to vendors, so why trust you?

Because the checks run in your browser and show their evidence, so you can follow every figure yourself. We say it up front for that reason.

What if it finds nothing?

Then you know your bills match your contract as far as they could be checked, and you have your price per resolution Fin’s export records as confirmed by the customer, for renewal. The fee is the same either way.
